Did you know many extended health benefit plans cover the service of a registered dietitian? As a licensed dietitian, my services may be included under your plan’s paramedical or allied health benefits. Coverage often varies by provider and can include a set dollar amount per year or a specific number of sessions. Although I currently do not direct bill, payment can be made via e- transfer to littledropslactation@gmail.com and I will provide you a receipt to submit for reimbursement if applicable.

About Me

My name is Amy and I live in Alberta, Canada. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Registered Pediatric Dietitian.

My journey into lactation consulting began after almost a decade of working as a pediatric dietitian primarily supporting families in the NICU. After having my own two children, my passion deepened for helping mothers navigate their unique feeding journeys. I am here to provide compassionate support and personalized guidance to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to nurture and nourish your little one with joy.
